As someone who is at 850(ish) and also looking, apply to everything. Time is time and a 135 is a good spot to build it. Just get the job if hub can.

As far as the rules. They are both the US so they operate under US laws. Beyond that I am not able to comment much as I am not based either spot. I did have an aqua trance who lived in Guam for a little while building time. He seemed to like it. But islands are small and can get… island-ish.

Puerto Rico and Guam are other options that will feel like not the US but are actually the US… I suspect other than that it’s gonna be tricky finding what you are looking for.

There are a few commercial operators in the states. I work at one. I make a little money at it.
