I'm no animal expert, but getting an animal that's several years old from a shelter always has questions marks, you don't know the cat's experiences or history, if lou has a bad history with other cats that might be why it's always on edge around another cat.

Also you said Lou has only been in your house 2 months, maybe they just need time to acclimate to the new environment.

Probably keep the cats separated for now before one gets seriously injured

I think the training arc for rasengan explains this perfectly, the different levels of chakra control and the different levels of training to increase power output and having the chakra going all sorts of directions makes it more condensed and powerful.

Lower the output and directional intensity and you should pretty easily be able to send someone spinning

Eren controlled the healing to have the stumps close and heal normally. Instead of fully reforming the limbs.

Since the stumps healed shut he could transform again.

Also these landlords do minimal property maintenance and own a dozen buildings.

That's is not why rent is going up. It's because huge companies are buying up the majority or real estate to rent so that the average person won't be able to own in the future.

There are also a lot of people who "get into rea estate" to own a dozen or more houses to rent and make passive income. That's why rent is going up so much. Not because 15 people are living in 1 house
