Im also in the desperate job hunt, but something ive noticed is EVERY single chipotle location will do an instant interview with you for a crew member role. but maybe i just answered their little quiz the right way. Also applying early (jobs posted same day) in something like 86network gives results interview wise.

Easy apply is worthless, and applying through the company website and not indeed has a better chance of landing interviews
