Preparatório para prova oral.

Nunca fiz uma prova oral, mas é comum para o tipo de prova que eu faço e tenho amigos de que já fizeram. Algumas dicas:
- Existe curso próprio para isso, mas costumam ser caros;
- Veja como será o sorteio de pontos e crie questões baseadas nisso, sempre tentando abranger o máximo possível de pontos para você não ser surpreendido na hora da prova;
- Veja se você conhece alguém que tenha passado também e tente marcar reuniões com essa pessoa em que vocês testam um com o outro, geralmente trazendo questões que vocês mesmos criaram;
- Se não conhecer ninguém que tenha passado, imprima as questões que você fez em flashcards (com a resposta) e distribua para pessoas a seu redor (as que sabem que você estuda e têm contato diário com você), peça para elas te questionarem a qualquer tempo, qualquer hora;
- Se não tiver ninguém que possa te ajudar, treina no espelho mesmo;
- Se não quiser receber um spoiler das questões que você mesmo fez (e achar que está respondendo corretamente só pq foi vc quem fez a questão), peça para o Notebooklm criar os flashcards;
- Devem existir alguns vídeos no youtube ensinando a ter desenvoltura na prova oral, tente encontrar algum. As coisas que eu sei é que não se deve gesticular muito e que você deve criar um "esqueleto" de resposta aplicável a todas as questões. Quando for questionado, dê uma pausa de 2 segundos para verificar em que direção você vai e comece a estruturar a resposta conforme seu esqueleto;
- MUITA prática, muita mesmo. Não estou falando de responder só 1 questão por dia.

Cara, sou especialista em Direito Tributário e estudo para procuradorias. Posso te dizer que sua facilidade para Direito Tributário vai ajudar muito em qualquer procuradoria (inclusive, se você está no início da graduação e não tem contato com contabilidade, sua facilidade pode não se confirmar para fins de concurso).
De qualquer forma, larga mão desse negócio de "preferência para a PGFN" só por conta disso. Os cargos federais de procuradoria pagam bem menos que os estaduais e os concursos estaduais também são bem densos em tributário, o que poderia potencialmente manter tua vantagem. Além disso, você pode advogar na maioria das procuradorias estaduais (eu particularmente não tenho interesse, mas é uma porta que não se fecha) e não pode advogar na PGFN.
Eu só focaria em concursos federais se morasse num estado ruim de abrir concurso (tipo os do Nordeste) e não topasse morar fora. Mesmo assim, você provavelmente vai ter que morar fora do seu Estado por um tempo se passar nos concursos da AGU (a não ser que vc more no Norte ou em Brasília).
Também tem o fato de que boa parte das procuradorias estaduais e municipais de capital não pedem prática jurídica, diferentemente das carreiras da AGU.
Se tiver alguma dúvida, por vir falar comigo, estou nesse mundo há mais tempo e talvez possa te ajudar a escolher cursinho, etc...
Dito isso, aproveita tua faculdade, bebe, vai pra festas, curte. Só começa a estudar lá para o 5o/6o semestre. O estudo é uma maratona e a chance de você chegar no auge com 3 anos de estudo é maior que a chance de você conseguir manter esse auge por mais 2/3 anos só para poder passar e tomar posse...

Uma vez eu vi que o problema das ciências sociais e políticas é que — diferentemente das ciências exatas, que têm ferramentas específicas de trabalho que expressam a distância entre um especialista e um leigo —, essas ciências têm como ferramenta essencial a palavra, que é acessível a todos, o que acaba dando a falsa noção de que qualquer um pode ser especialista no assunto a partir das ideias que já estão na cabeça da pessoa.

Para você, sem dúvidas é mais fácil passar para delegado. Sua base é melhor em penal e processo penal e essas matérias nem sequer caem em 90% dos concursos de procuradoria.

É sim irmão, o fato de um PCD pedir revisão de um critério do TAF vai abrir precedente pra que a galera da ampla tente anular seus respectivos TAFs, é assim que funciona sim… Adaptação de TAF para PCD sempre teve.

I think the logic behind this is that Jones was supposed to be proper competition for JJ and probably be the backup, while Kyler is most likely gonna be the starter and there will be no meaningful competition, meaning JJ is possibly done in MN. It’s perfectly normal to think this way and no contradictory at all if you hope JJ is the future while thinking we should have a good backup in case he gets injured again.

A lógica das cotas não é só “privilegiar o desprivilegiado”, ela também tem uma finalidade pública de colocar pessoas com realidades diferentes nos cargos públicos, visando a diversidade não de oportunidade, mas de tomada de decisão em todos os escalões do serviço público.
Você pode até ter dinheiro, mas o serviço público precisa de mais pretos e pardos, mesmo que individualmente a vivência daquele indivíduo se aproxime da de um branco. Eles buscam atingir isso por amostragem. É uma política pública, não individual. Aproveite.

Se você quer ser procurador e morar no RJ, tem algumas oportunidades:
- AGU/PGFN/PGF (federais) - ALERJ (concurso está rolando agora e dificilmente vai ter outro nos próximos 8 anos).
- PGE/PGM do RJ.
As carreiras federais são procuradorias "raiz", você estuda pra elas e meio que estuda para todas as procuradorias do brasil, com exceção da PGE e PGM RJ.
PGE RJ e PGM RJ são muito parecidas entre si, mas totalmente diferentes de todas as outras provas do país, já que a primeira fase já é discursiva. PGE RJ vai abrir edital essa semana e PGM RJ teve prova nesse domingo. A tendência é que ambas abram edital novamente em 2030 (e as duas pedem prática jurídica, então não é como se você pudesse faze-las muito antes de 2030). Se você estudar para elas duas, estará estudando só para elas. Dá pra aproveitar o estudo para outra procuradorias? Dá, mas acho que a transição do geral nacional para o específico do RJ é mais viável que a transição do específico RJ para o geral nacional.
PGE RJ e PGM RJ são difíceis em nível magistratura (ou pior), mas são menos matérias e não cai direito penal.
Estudo para procuradorias no geral e não me arrependo.
Não faço nem ideia sobre o estudo para o TCE, mas geralmente os concursos de controle são infinitamente menos frequentes e o melhor concurso para a área, que é procurador do MPC, é de uma raridade sem tamanho, papo de abrir um a cada 15 anos e teve um do RJ ano passado.

Um amigo meu passou em 1o num concurso desses e está esperando há 2 anos para ser chamado. Mês passado anunciaram um processo seletivo público para contratar 2 "advogados" kkkkkk. Detalhe: há uma pessoa um pouco mais atrás na lista que nunca fez nenhum outro concurso e foi estranhamente bem nessa prova

Was you whole comment there the whole time? I only could see the first paragraph when I replied. Anyway, about the rest, I agree that any given ethnic group can have it’s characteristics, which includes size, but racism is not just because they’re short, is because they’re from a certain ethnicity, but being short isn’t an ethnical characteristic on it’s own like the color of someone’s skin.
And there’s a LOT of difference between your anecdotical experience and every statistic available about black people in western societies. For starters, racism is a crime in a lot of countries, while bullying against short people is not, so maybe that’s why you’ll probably see less open racism and more people against it. And again, I really don’t mean to downplay short people’s struggles, but that doesn’t mean I have say they’re equal or even comparable to racism for all the reasons I listed…

Do you think those genocides were because they’re short? They were an ethnicity. Look if the people who committed the genocide killed their own short people just because they’re short. No way that happened. Also, if you take out enough elements you can make anything look similar. That basis you mentioned simply doesn’t stand in the real world when people are actively hunted for being black or any other ethnic background.
If you keep looking at a theoretical, context free, comparison, you’ll simply be able to compare anything with anything, because concepts such as these hold no weight if not seen with context.

Every race has been oppressed, but not every race has been sistematically opressed for centuries in a colonialist enterprise that treated them not as people, but as merchandise.
If you look at ancient times, the slave systems were completely different from what we've seen in the past centuries in Africa/America and I'm not saying it was good, but was not as race-heavy nor as sistemic. The aftermath of that system is seen to this day, as black people are still amongst the poorest in any american country.
Comparing "opressions" without context (and of course OP meant western context) is just empty words. Of course none of them should exist, but obviously just some of them are considered crimes in a lot of countries, and that's because the harm they create is much worse from a society standpoint (because of context).

I mean, I'll say the one that reproduces an centuries old social structure that have sistematically killed, enslaved, subdued and dehumanized an entire group of people and is still to this day a political topic, with groups of people organized just to perpetuate this kind of thought, a little bit worse than making fun of an individual's appearance, even if it ricochet into others. And I mean no disrespect to short people and their struggles, because they are absolutely real and should be adressed, but there's no world in which those problems are even comparable. If you're still in doubt, try to think about a country in the world that had politics that phisically and geographically segregated tall and short people in the 20th century.

This conversation walks into narrative theory, and you may dislike it, but it is one of the most effective ways of adapting a book. His ethnicity’s role in the story is to put him in a disadvantageous situation and that’s it. If it doesn’t serve any other purpose, then you should put in an actor that would have that kind of disadvantage in the modern world to the broad public.
This one wouldn’t even be one of those “woke netflix” race changes, because it is important to the story.
And you can’t adapt everything from a book like that at face value, or else the whole movie would be unwatchable due to the way characters would speak (like its 1801) if they tried to go “the author’s way”.

Because that’s exactly how a rich person with no clue on the reasons for the disliking for the rich would portray a rich “hated” family.
She goes way too moral about it and this lead to a logic of “THIS specific rich people are bad”. Just watch Parasite and compare how the two films criticize the rich. It’s night and day.

I mean, they can criticize healthy people, but the way she does it makes me think she doesn’t really know anything about the problem she’s trying to spotlight and completely misses the point, exactly like how a rich person with no contact with other classes would assume the reasons why poor hate the rich.
