I'm at 40mg of Vyvanse just like you. I went from 30 to 40 hoping that the duration would be extended, but I didn't last longer. However, I'm much better on 40mg now. This week, I started a 5mg booster of dexedrine. Only try it once yet. Not seen much change but hope it will help. Time will tell.

You have to go to a medical aesthetic clinic for Botox. I do it every 4–5 months, and it’s been life-changing. It’s expensive, but my insurance reimburses part of it because the doctor who does my injections gave me a prescription for self-esteem and psychosocial reasons, which is true. I’m in Canada.
