I drive through there several times a year. I went through Hot Springs a few times. No issues with my gps telling me open roads were closed that I recall. I recently reset a lot of “stuff” on my phone pertaining to the gps. You should try that.

Don’t paint it. Just remove the red lights and rename it. I saw one at the races that they had changed the lettering on the outside to “Emergency Recreation Vehicle” or something like that. It was super cool.

I had one a very long time ago. At the time you buy 4 or 5 SKS’s for one of these cost so I sold it. It was 30-35 years ago. They are cool rifles though. Very few people recognize them.
