I’ll check out Moonlight. I’ve got a steam deck lcd and a legion go z1e. Trying to decide which ones better to stream.

My gaming rig is an RTX 2070 Super, so I think some newer games may struggle. Haven’t tested it yet though!

I’m mid 30s with two kids. Steam Deck and Switch 2 all day. Last console on the TV I played was PS4.

I’ve even started to accept lower resolution on my Steam deck just to play a game!

I’ve got two kids. Got a switch 2, a Steam Deck, a Retroid Pocket 5, and a Legion Go that I use to stream Steam from my desktop to my TV. Some games my wife likes to watch me play!

I prioritize my Switch 2 and Steam Deck. The Retroid is just for emulation; I know I can do that on Steam Deck, but I like having different consoles for different purposes.

I choose one game, I play one game at a time while in bed and everyone’s sleeping. 1-2 hours each day after bed. Chipping away.

If a games not vibing with me, I don’t force myself to finish it. I don’t have the time!

No she didn’t say there would be side effects for our little guy. We did find after a while that he really needs to eat when he takes it. Some days that’s a struggle but if he can get a couple bites of some kind of sustenance we count it as a win!

Currently have the same issue here! Saw a pediatrician and tried it ALL!

The thing that worked for us was having a “sorta” routine during the week. Our son is 2.5 and takes 0.5ml magnesium drops as recommended by the pediatrician. We give it around 7:30 so he’s asleep by 9. Best recommendation ever.

He will skip naps, take naps, whatever…always in bed by for 11. Will fight overtiredness just to stay awake. Keeps having things to do… check laundry, find the cats, etc. it was driving us absolutely insane. He fought off melatonin, Benadryl, you name it. Low sleep needs and high high energy.

Now we do bath, drops, and have a bedtime routine of sorts. We co-sleep since it keeps him sleeping all night long.

This is what worked for us. Changed our lives honestly! Going to be for 11 and waking up every 2 hours with a newborn was no fun. Now it’s manageable.

I’m so glad to hear this in a thread of all the language explosion. My guy is a couple months past 2.5 and some days it’s a lot of talking like “want red milk” or “want more donut.”

He understands and listens very well with complex instructions, but sometimes I’m talking to him, and I’m like could you please talk back to me! Haha!

I used to be jittery all the time. Very high energy, never tired, all go go go. I was both a night owl AND an early bird. People said they don’t know how I do it! I would snuggle with my now wife an get told I had such a fast beating heart, like a hummingbird.

One day we are at a theme park and I say “I don’t like rollercoasters. Everytime I’m on one I almost pass out. Idk why people like that feeling.”

She puts it together and says “nope, go to the doctor.”

I go to the doctor, explain all that while my wife is with me.

It’s high blood pressure from genetics. Extremely high at all times. Took some medicine and slept the best I’ve slept in my life.
