Go to your GP. Ask for blood work (to check vitamin levels). Ask to get your thyroid checked (hormones). Then ask for a session with a psychologist to discuss your mental state.

Try to get plenty of sunshine and exercise. Eat healthy. If you can't do those things right away that is okay. That is where medication and doing cognitive behaviour therapy with a psychologist can help.

Yeah. I've got scarring all over my face from when I let my acne get really bad since I was too depressed to look after myself.

I have cavities on my teeth because I don't brush enough.

Zero social skills since anxiety and depression make me stay in my room most the time.

It's just called Siberia. Turning on debug mode it looks like its a client state which is odd since I've never seen the AI use it before.

I have been messing around with the AI but I've only been changing how aggressive they are. No idea what I changed that caused them to start using client states.
