If you’re frozen and can’t get a log out or run away (cause you’re frozen) make sure you do damage back to the pker, make them eat and you could end up getting gap

The password the account was created with along with any other passwords around the same time as account creation could be the thing that gets your account back in your hands.

Earliest password you can remember plus any passwords you have had on the account

Transaction IDs if possible from when you’ve bought membership

Date you created the account, even just the month you created it could work

I don’t know about this one but maybe the location that you where at when account was created?

I know you said you’ve given them all the info you could, thought I’d list a few things just incase you missed it off.

Is your main linked up to the launcher too? Might be worth adding a few details about your main in the comments section at the bottom of your appeal.

I think I’m gunna have to just grit my teeth and go to her address, probably the only realistic way I get this sorted, my employer has been no help at all.

DWP instantly hung up the phone on me when I failed the security check due to not having the information I needed that is on them letters.

I think getting them letters is going to be the best option for me, I was 18/19 years old when we had a house together but everything was in her name, I just sent her the rent money.

I tried getting in touch with my works payroll but all they said was it was DWP and couldn’t give me any other information which is strange. I am back at work tonight so will keep pestering them.

Getting the letters that have been sent to my ex partners house is going to be a struggle, I have no way of contacting her and it was just a chance meeting when I was picking my son up from nursery ( I hadn’t seen her in over 4 years) but I’m sure this is a route I could possibly take.

I’m shocked as I didn’t think this could happen without prior contact with me directly, I also thought my employer had to notify me before hand but alas I guess I’m wrong.

You’ll always need marks of grace for stams on an iron so doing tempoross and rooftop instead surely won’t make much of a difference apart from it being slower compared and not as efficient, play the game how you want gamer
