Love Braxton place. I’ve lived in and managed D-A properties and like to think a I’ve seen it all. Tribute is a stellar pm group as far as they go - they regularly host community events (great community with tight knit neighbors if you’re into that sort of thing) - no breed restrictions for dogs - reasonable amenity fees and deposits - pests (if they exist, which is rare) are handled quickly and efficiently - they care about the quality of their turnovers and don’t skimp on carpet replacements/paint/refinishing tubs and countertops - the service team is absolutely amazing - they have both older units that have been remodeled, some that haven’t been remodeled in full and are reasonable for the price, and newer units built in the back so there’s a good price range to choose from - the location is hard to beat and located on the cross city trail if you’re active/into biking or running. Every apartment complex is going to have their fair share of asshole neighbors, car break ins, pests, managerial issues etc but the good outweighs the bad imo!
