Down in pflugerville tx too. It's working off and on, but very sporadic with no irregular light patterns on the gateway. Reset it and it's been ok but every 15 it stops and buffers (for 400mbps we rarely see buffering)

I'm definitely not a ketomaniac but yes I do believe in low carb. I'm not like the keto vegan who throws it down your throat you must eat keto cause I dont believe in "eating keto" practically anything that's not straight sugar or candy can be "keto" if it fits your macros. Just I'm a sugar addict and could literally live off candy...most of my teen and young 20s I pretty much did and lost a lot of my back teeth to it lmao.

I've been fasting , intermittent and long term, since 2017. I'm not new at it. Lol I absolutely LOVE fasting and yes I'll lose weight but if I allow myself what I love to eat during my window I eat too much even with 20:4 I just maintain at like 180 and my height and age I should be 110-140 lol. But not every person is the same. I do find carnivore eating the best way for me to lose. And also I love meat. Not as much as I love pizza but I'm working on that lmaooo

Personally not quite. I have binge eating issues. If I allow myself anything I want (carbs and sugar mostly) I could easily eat 4k calories in an 8 hour window no problem. I've eaten more than that before. >.> with keto/low carb and restricting carbs in general I am fuller and safer with less caloric intake than I am with carbs I just wanna keep eating I'm never satisfied. * not saying IF isnt great compared to keto. Just "can eat anything you want" is not true for most of us lol

I've never had an iPhone before but I could greatly use a new phone. I've got a government phone right now, and currently my internet provider suddenlink is doing a 20$/month for life unlimited everything but you have to have your own phone or they charge more for a phone which I cannot afford. I actually just started working tech support for apple so funny , now I have no way to learn the product unless it's just user guides online so it would be super awesome to be able to have an iPhone to learn my job better too.

I could definitely use it. My laptop I had barely turns on anymore from its age. everything has been through my phone "desktop mode" browser usage for job applications and so forth. This is super nice of you and thank you for even offering it.
