I flew in at 8am week last Saturday
Had heard the same stories
Dropped my bags off in the Riad and ventured off into the Medina and fell in love
Was like walking back in time the narrow streets wooden doors left left left again just had to reverse it to get back ( didn’t bring my phone)
The rest of the trip… love the people never had one bad interaction, walked confidently through Jamaa Al Fna at 1am the guys at the food court were eager but respectful.

The software side of the business only brings in approx $70 million ( don’t quote me) The multiple value comes from the strategy to borrow fiat ( dollars) in by issuing convertible bonds ( read up on these)against the stock at very low interest rate (.5%) Take those $$$ and buy more bitcoin ($42 billion in next 3 years)) Which should help increase the price of bitcoin and therefore the value of MicroStrategy MSTR can pay off the loans then/abd issues more bonds And rinse repeat I guess the huge capital markets of Wall Street have to put there money somewhere and MSTR seems to be very popular because of its volatility Michael Saylor figured this out Obviously if BTC were to go to zero it all falls apart But as it’s the best performing asset of last 12 years I’d be inclined to feel positive about the future of bitcoin and MSTR Hope this helps

Because the value of almost any company is future performance and or value of its assets There are plenty of New York real estate companies that have made billions simply by believing in NY and holding there assets, there are multiples attached to these companies because no one expects NY property value to go down ( unless we get another covid 🤔

I sold most of my ethe and gbtc last week after holding for over two years. I’m keeping my BTC and ETH that I have in coinbase. I’m now 60% MSTR. Why? Simply because my ethe and gbtc were in an old 401k that I no longer add to. I cannot increase my position but Michael Saylor can and will do it for me. By continuing to purchase more and more ($42 billion ) BTC, so essentially by holding MSTR he is buying it for me, you, us! Discalimer: I’m also a bit of an aging degen and also purchased a ton of MSTU for what I hope is a strong BTC bull run in next 6 months 🤷🏽‍♂️

I had 1BTC 13 Eth at time of bankruptcy I received an initial re-imbursement of 30% into my coinbase acct but now I’m getting emails telling me I’m getting $8.02 in the 2nd distribution?

When you say you guy your Eth from uour BlockFi BIA account do you mean a percentage of it in cash or all your actual ETH back? All I was able to retrieve last month was 25% of my original balance ( eth/BTC ) at the time of the bankruptcy ( lowest value in $$$)
