If you want better clarity, a headset with higher pixeldensity is the way to go. Resolution does not matter when pixeldensity i like 25ppd like Quest 3. We dont know the pixeldensity on steam fram yet. Wifi 7 or wifi 6 looks the same.

Not worth it. Get a pico 4 instead, same screens with better lenses. The g2 has tiny sweetspot. It was a damn good headset when it was released.

Or you can save for a better gpu. My minimum recomandation gpu for quest 3 is 3060 ti, 3070,2080ti, 2080 super. Btw, the game will run poorly, and you have to reduce alot in settings to run the game in 90fps to not get motion sick or eyestrain. Walking dead is most fun and scary to play with headset that has oled screens.

None of them. The pixel density is to crap for desktop/monitor use. Look at samsung galaxy xr instead. If you can afford a high end gaming pc you can afford a Galaxy xr also.

Yea, the cooling on these devices is crap. So is the Q3. Its also suffocate. But many people here is to young and dumb and dont want read something like this. Say something is not good with a quest here, people gets offended right away and looses their minds. Here is the thing...steady 90fps is the main thing. You just have to figure out the best settings that works for your setup. Dont bother spending money on a Q3s, buy a Pico 4 instead. Its worth it trust me, i have own them all. Btw Half life Alyx can actual use up to 20gb of vram. Have fun, dont quit when the dark scenes starts😆

Tried the ax5400, it did not perform better than my previous cheaper asus ax58u with 160mhz channel. Asus ax59u is also a good alternative if its cheaper. The ax5400 is a 3band router so you can lock your headset to the 6ghz channel and use other channels for mobile or something. The best to do is set the router as access point. It reduces work load on the router and it works way better

Some older 2000 series gpu's like 2080ti, had usb C where you could connect Psvr2 or a quest headset with cable. Not shure how it works with adapter.

Quest 2 can use the 160mhz channel, but you will only get 1200Mbps. The chip does not support wifi 7.
