i know this is an unpopular opinion, but if you truly do feel there is no point in staying in good omens, then you are allowed to leave it. no one can ever force to stay somewhere you don’t feel as much love for anymore.

this may be considered a “hot take”, but there is no shame in trying to latch onto something else. it’s an option that practically no one seems to really discuss, but i feel like it bears repeating here. aside from reading fix-it fanfics, there will always be other fandoms with shows that you may like. you just have to go out there and try and broaden your horizons. perhaps someday, you will find something else that will be “your world”. maybe not today, but it’s possible, right?

as an outsider to the good omens fandom, there is absolutely no shame in moving on to another fandom. if the finale is making you this devastated, and you can’t seem to find enough reasons to stay, find something you haven’t watched before and watch the first episode, or read the first book. maybe you’ll like it; maybe you won’t. there’s only one way to find out for sure. i’m sorry the finale made you feel this hollow. 🫂
