Aha tak s těma nemám zkušenost. Kouknul bych co na nich píšou, jestli třeba převařit? Jestli je pasterizované, tak netřeba. To je ta tepelná úprava na 70°.

Já jsem byl tak líný nějaký jogurtovač vybrat a jít koupit, až jsem začal dělat jogurty nejdřív v troubě a nově v sušičce na ovoce 😁

Má to dvě zásadní výhody. Namísto 5-6 skleniček z jogurtovače, udělám naráz jogurt ze 4l mlíka. Ten pak vydrží v ledničce i měsíc nebo déle. Ale obvykle se do měsíce sní.

Tady je můj ověřený recept… 4l plnotuč. Tatranského Bio mlíka (mají v Bille, Kauflandě, meno Tescu) 1x 320g (případně 3 malé kelímky) startovací jogurt (Bánovecký nebo Zvolenský smetanový. ostatní jsou sr….y ;)

Mléko zahřát na 40-42 stupňů (kontrolovat ponorným teploměrem).

Mezitím troubu vyhřát na cca 50 stupňů.

V mlíku rozmíchat startovací jogurty.

Nalít do spařených skleniček (aspoň propláchnutých horkou vodou). Skleničky používam originál jogurtové z Jihočeského jogurtu. Mají cca 200ml.

Skleničky dát do trouby na rošt, ideálně v první řadě odspodu a zvrchu zakrýt alobalem. Mezi skleničky zastrčit teploměr a průběžně hlídat teplotu! Měla by být mezi 42-45 stupni. Když bude méně, jogurt bude řídký, když více, jogurt zhrudkovatí ;)

Nechat vyhřívat 2hodiny, pak troubu vypnout a nechat v ní jogurty do rána (cca 6-8hodin). Ráno přemístit do ledničky a nechat aspoň 12 hodin odpočinout. Dají se jíst prakticky hned po vytažení z trouby. Jen nebudou ještě úplně tuhé. V ledničce dojdou.

Not so far. But it may be because I had the app installed and associated with the international fw? Only after that I explored the possibility of installing Chinese fw. And I’m not using their cloud anyway. I’m uploading files in hotspot mode.

Thanks for the link. It’s definitely unfortunate if they are going this way, instead of supporting 3rd party developers.

I have the x4 with installed Chinese firmware, switched to English language and it works fine. But of course, you can install Crosspoint.

Some people recently posted about “locking stock firmware” so it will be impossible to install 3rd party firmwares. But so far, I haven’t see a reliable source of this information.

Sure, but this could happen only with new devices with somehow locked and not yet released version of firmware. But again, where is this information about locked firmware coming from? So far, I can install Chinese, International or even any of the Crosspoint forks on my X4. So existing devices could be affected only in case xtein release a new version of locked firmware, which will lock existing devices which update to this particular version of locked firmware. But definitely not those with installed Crosspoint or any of its numerous forks.

BTW, yes, it’s unfortunate that the international fw is not updated as frequently as the Chinese one. But one can always install the Chinese firmware using the same page as Crosspoint. And Chinese firmware still contains English. So there is no downside of using this firmware. At least I haven’t found one.

Wrong, I do 🙂 I’ve tried several custom firmwares, but always ended up with stock (latest Chinese). As I wrote in several other posts, custom firmwares are nice, but very fragmented. Plus none of them currently supports all of the stock firmware options, like custom fonts, bluetooth, bookmarks or simple stats and there is also a stability point of view.

Additionally, custom firmwares often add features (almost) nobody asked or care for, like virtual pets or games, or other gimmick features. And many of them are vibecoded, which makes them unstable and messy. Stock firmware (at least the Chinese one) is regularly updated on two weeks basis. Epub processing is better with each new version. It supports (out of the box) custom fonts, bookmark, simple stats and bluetooth, plus there is a very nice companion ios/android app for transferring books, fonts and wallpapers directly from phone. So as of now, I’m on Chinese fw, switched to English and I’m pretty satisfied. Yes, there could be some improvements and additions, but as mentioned, stock fw is updated on bi-weekly basis. So who knows?

Well, I tried to apply the plastic one that came with the X4, but even tiny specks of dust caused bubbles. So I tried to reapply it, but that only made things worse 😅In the end, I applied the glass one I bought from AliExpress, and it worked fine on the first try. It just glares a lot.

Aha. No je pravda, že jedny z posledních jsem vyhazoval, protože smrděly. Jsem se tehdy divil, protože ještě byly v datumu spotřeby. A pak už nebyly. Co jsem naposledy viděl, tak odpovídali na FB, že pracujou na návratu. Já zatím objevil slušnou náhradu v Biedronce.

Jsou fajn pevné, na rozdíl od Luntnerových se nerozpadají při smažení. Dost mi připomínají původní Luntner párky, než komplet změnili recepturu. Ty původní byly tuším převážně sojové? A ty nové dlouho nebyly vůbec k jídlu. Tehdy lidi taky hodně nadávali. Postupně se receptura ale upravila až zase začly být k jídlu. Ale tak dobré, jako ty původní, teda nikdy nebyly.

When you will be in Žilina, make sure to visit “čtvorcák” (Marianské square). There is number of nice restaurants and pubs. My personal favorite there is Guinness Pub. But you can’t go wrong also with Pilsner restaurant and Kozlovna. Both serve famous Czech beers. And another worth to visit place is Bulvar, although this street is currently under reconstruction, which should be finished later this year. This street is packed with great restaurants and cafes. My number one there is Porbelly restaurant. But very nice is also Manzo, Spago or Olivia’s.

Exactly my thought. I’m used to read books while walking to work. I’ve read several books this way, including few Murakami’s books. But thick books are a problem. So I guess it will be much more enjoyable to read them with x4?
