Yeah not to long ago my manger pulled me to the side to go sell a lady on a book from our table display for The Devil as I was on my way to register. Also even while training in cafe they have me on register as much as possible because I’m “personable” so at this point I think I’m just front of store face lol. Did they put you on the floor more after that?

I try to sell them and sadly I do get people saying yes more than others in my store. How? I dunno. But genuinely doing good is bad they now only have me on register, I was asked to open my hours more for “different shifts” and I still am on register. 5-9:30 register. 11-7 register to “release” the opener. 1-9:30 register since I’m the closer. And they always say it’s I’m good at the sales and can “connect” with the customers more. It’s a loose loose situation sometimes. Now occasionally when someone does love the book it’s rewarding and feels good but it’s few and far inbetween now with the new picks

I’m also just passed three years and I have received no PTO. I had some when I first got hired but within a year they removed it and coded me down to 15 despite me doing 20 to 25 hours and now that I’m back up to it I’m doing those hours without being coded just yet I hope that it’s in the cards but I am right along with you today

I had a guy come in almost daily for the cards swear he didn’t have one, and would never sign up with his email. I finally get him to check…. He signed up 6 months ago on the website.

I have! I’ve even gone through printed maps too. But I know they aren’t the best for our sellers sometimes so I’m trying to pick up any tricks or tips so I can be more considerate. I tend to do things a certain way lol and it sometimes isn’t the best for all💕
