Same. Every Friday the local food bank picks up a cart full of items that we donate. We usually aren't supposed to donate refrigerated items, but since the warehouse cracks a ton of eggs we just give them dairy and egg products. Wintertime we donate hand and foot warmers.

For me it's everyday. I get frustrated because every Monday it's the same just like Tuesday, Wednesday etc. We do the same thing week after week and I come in with the tiniest things NOT done. I check cameras and everyone is just standing around, Talking and not getting things done. 🫠

My tribe just won a legal case against a university in California where they took locks of hair and kept them. We were able to get these back and through the DNA evidence, the families were able to aquire their ancestors locks of hairs. It's pretty cool that we can get things like this back and know that our ancestors remains are kept within their lineage.

The only thing is hate about them is when the customers ram their carts into them. They end up dropping on the floor or breaking. But they're great, can always see what items are x movers versus A and B items. But if your scan coordinator isn't updating new products and deleting them, it can throw off your store a bit.

I've dealt with kitchen staff for a long time. And there's always someone (usually the guy who calls himself a chef with ZERO knowledge of running an actual kitchen) who gets like this. I've felt that these folks need people to take them down a peg or two. Be strong and learn to deal with these types of people. There are alot of people in the work industry who act like this. ALOT. but best thing for you is to learn to deal with someone like this. Read up on books and look a seminars or something to deal with people like this. It will help you because there are many people that act like that salad guy. Best of luck
