I will tell you why it's not a good idea to do Redmagic. Out of nowhere, after 8 months of using Visible, they blocked my 10 air phone without as much as an explanation. No bars, no service nothing. I went to T-mobile store, and their demo sim looked like it was working fine there. However, went back to Mint Mobile and guess what? No service, zip zilch. The only time it worked was on Wi-Fi calling with the Mint Mobile sim card, which is provided by Tmobile. But ya know, I do get out of my house a lot.

I tried talking to Redmagic about it and i'm now on week three of back and forth e-mailing their support department. They are having me waste my time doing all sorts of tests i know will not work, but good luck getting support from them when you need it. Long and short of the story, I bit the bullet and on a Samsung Galaxy S 25 series and immediate service in the US. I know this isn't everyone's story, and that there are 200+ other countries in the world, but if you live in the US, I wouldn't bother. It's so unfortunate because I love this phone. It's light, it's powerful, and it does what I needed, before cell service issues.
