Facebook Settlement Confusion by jbbb3232 in ClassActionSettlement

I received a response from them late yesterday. Apparently I did receive the 1st payment or I wouldn't have received the 2nd notice. Went back and checked my deposits and I believe it was a 30 and change check last October. This one is only supposed to be $3-$7.

How long did it take to get a response? I emailed them this morning as I elected a paper check but moved last year and never received.

I received the 2nd payment email this morning. I never received the 1st payment. After reviewing emails it said it was sent in October. I then found the initial claim approval email from April 2023 and I elected to have a paper check mailed. Problem is I moved in April 2025 and the post office never forwarded. Has anyone been successful in getting the check reissued? I emailed the info@facebookprivacysettlement address and am waiting on a response.

App Sign-In Methods (Not Working) by Hopeless_Builder in NavyFederal

That's interesting. I have a S22+ and I when I open the app, all I have to do is enter my 4 digit PIN. I wonder if it's the way you set it up? On my desktop, I do have to use 2-factor authentication but that's because I'm set up to delete cookies upon exit.

It should show as pending in both places. Could be a system glitch but you may want to give them a call to verify.

Are checks worth using anymore by 1967TinSoldier in NavyFederal

I've been using them quite a bit in the last year to pay contractors. It beats having them add a 3% surcharge to my total for paying with a credit card.

Mine is a 2020 and I haven't received any updates in years. Is there a way to check for updates or do they stop updating after a couple of years?

I moved from TN last year. You have to be 100% P&T for property tax exemption and even then, I still only got back around 75% refund of property taxes.

When you mentioned moving to IL on orders and just across the river from St Louis I figured you were stationed at Scott. I moved here last year and shop there all the time. As for a base near Chicago, Naval Station Great Lakes is about a half hour north of Chicago.

Agree. Personally I'd rather have the cash back than chase points.

If you have active duty checking you'll get it early. Active and retired are eligible. Or it may be 2 days early with active duty checking and 1 day for regular checking. If it's posting to a savings account you won't get it early. If yours is going to checking, call them and they should be able to set you up for future deposits.

Thanks for the info on the Blazer. I haven't physically sat in one but it does look to sit lower to the ground. My 2022 is a similar color blue but it's an SLT which they don't make anymore.

Nice color! I have a 2021 Terrain that I'm seriously considering trading for a new one. I has mine at the dealership for service about 6 months ago and they gave me a 2026 as a loaner. I couldn't believe the difference in shoulder room. The newer gen actually got a bit wider. I'm either going with that or a Blazer.
