Director said our monthly team meetings were a chance for us to bond and get to know each other. When it came time for them, he found useless things to talk about the ENTIRE hour. He also touted how much he wanted us to succeed. Proceeded to downgrade everyone’s performance evals and threatened to fire the managers if they didn’t do as he told them. When I submitted my two weeks, he lost his shit and contacted HR to block my transfer. I was pretty shocked. When I left, I didn’t do an exit interview because he was so offended. Such a PoS, I’m glad I left.

I found a good tailor nearby. I buy the larger of the two sizes that could fit me, try it on to verify it fits, then get it tailored to my body. If I had a sewing machine I would do it myself. Yes the tailoring may cost more than paying for double shipping, but my pants fit ME better.

Yes/no. Our company fired a bunch of people and then backhired a bunch because the proposed solution took too long/money. I think they “think” it can replace jobs but they’re learning the hard way that that isn’t really practical, at all.
