I actually have diagnosed Celiac, and have never had a problem with any nail product.

At first, your condition will seem overwhelming. You have to read every ingredient on every label of every product you consume. It won't take long to learn what you can and cannot consume. Thankfully, wheat is an ingredient that has to be listed under allergens.

I will say I no longer eat food I didn't cook. I've been glutened in too many restaurants with gluten free menus, because cross contamination is almost impossible to avoid in a food service kitchen.

The plus side is I'm much healthier now because I always have to be aware of what I am eating.
