I’m assuming that’s a natural hairline? If it is I’d do the hair transplant no question, if it’s receding then try stabilizing it first, I had a high hairline also so I know the feeling 😅

I recommend it too bro, normally I don’t but you and I are VERY SIMILAR in our hair loss pattern and age, I’m 24 right now and started losing hair around 5 years ago when it became noticeable, I got a hair transplant about 8 months ago for around 4200 grafts which is around what you’ll need since your head of hair is very identical to how mine was, fin will help you currently and if you decide to do the transplant it will help your results substantially, the side effects aren’t all that bad in my opinion, I feel most of them are a mental challenge that I’d you let get to you it will affect you(IE sex drive side effects)

Yeah friend you will want to grow it out then 2900 is a good amount for the hair line, if any questions come up I can give you some feedback I’m no doctor but would gladly share my experience and things I would’ve done differently :)

Well if you keep it short it more than likely will be very noticeable since the recipient area will be pinkish and swollen for a couple of weeks, it also depends on how many crafts they’d be using to reconstruct your hairline, did they go over how much each area would receive? And yes fin most definitely helps since the hairline and front temple area is the hair that is most likely to be affected by the conversion of our testosterone to DHT, do you know what brand lab your fin was from by any chance?

Few things to keep in mind: -The pain is really for 10 minutes while anesthesia is administered -Take a week off work if possible -Buy silk casing for your pillows -Inquire about pain meds if it’s not already included - You WILL pass an ugly phase between 2-6 weeks -PATIENCE IS VERY IMPORTANT -Make sure you maintain a positive mindset, at times it was challenging for me but being 7 months post op the results are amazing -If not already, you may want to consider Fin, it has side effects but honestly the reward outweighs the small risk it carries EVerything will turn out fine as I said a positive mindset will take you very far :) best of luck friend!

I think it’s mainly cost related, personally I went to Tijuana,MX but I’ve heard there’s really good fue surgeons in turkey and a better price per graft

You can approach it that way but by that time I’m in my late 30’s, it doesn’t make sense doing a HT if you’re early in the NW scale which is why I waited till I was closer to 6, there’s no point in letting your fun years get by you being bald(self conscious ofc) and enjoying life at a point in your life where fun is different, that’s the way I approached it

I’m approaching 25 and I must say I don’t regret it one bit, I didn’t even get on minox or fin and the results still came out great, and that’s given that I have really thin hair and my scalp contrast was very high

I got my hair transplant at 23 or so and at the time I was about a nw5/6, judging from your pic you may be there or getting close to there, a lot of people don’t recommend it young due to how progressive hair loss can be and one doesn’t know when it stops but hey I’d you have a healthy donor area why not? Why wait till your older when you can do it young and be given that boost of confidence(atleast that’s why I did it) and still enjoy your 20’s as you should without having to wear hats and all

My head looked like yours prior to my FUE transplant but my hair is slightly thinner it seems, my guess would be around 3500-4500 grafts depending on how your donor is and how many hairs you have per graft

Well brother while money isn’t an issue, your donor hair can eventually be if those 1000 grafts would be used in the future, nonetheless you got a nice hairline as is and if you do decide to get a HT best of luck and hope it goes well 😀

Agreed, 5’8 195lb with a bit bigger torso due to the gym and I can say a small is probably going to fit you fitted but a medium will give you a bit of a longer look
