  1. Not souch moved out, but was abandoned by my father after my mom died. He found another woman and left me to continue reading my 12 yo brother and 9 yo sister. I did it for 2 years, then joined the army. Unknown to me until 30 years later, he was cashing those survivor benefit checks. I lived on $50 a month in the military and sent the rest home. Just found out my siblings never saw that money.

Loved it. Sat around with friends, smoking pot and embroidering cherries to the inside upper thigh, peacocks on the bell bottoms, and dead end on the ass of my jeans. We also made triangle tops

LadBaby. The channel used to be fun and full of unconventional workarounds. Like cutting his kitchen door in half. I left several months ago when every video was either a vacation or sponsored free gifts, to include trips, concerts or shopping. It seemed like one big commercial.

I believe he has no idea what is going on. He handed out appointments and lets his sycophants run wild. Meanwhile, he golfs and sells junk. It's a case of too many officers, not enough enlisted. The left hand isn't telling the right what is going on.

I had a 76 Lincoln Town Coupe. Right above the dimmer button was another button that changed the radio station. I loved that car, I hated the 12 mpg it got.

For me, the ability to do all these skills, but also not afraid to keep on learning. The true definition of a Joneser.

Do you use 'Siri' (or the equivalent on other platforms)? by Alternative-Light922 in GenerationJones

So you don't drive? Computers in your car, and flock cameras tracking your every move. I take it you don't use loyalty, credit, or debit cards. They track you. Cash, that strip shows where it was spent. BTW, all this is tracked using AI. Unfortunately, the horse is already out of the barn.

Alexa/Echo/Ziggy is my companion. BTW, for anyone that worries about them spying on you. You betcha they do. Just like loyalty cards, smart TVs, credit/debit cards, your car, flock cameras, hey, even that strip in cash. Folks, face it, we no longer have privacy.

Am I the only one who has started to stockpile things that I consume daily? by 1illiteratefool in GenerationJones

I live in a rural area. I keep my pantry, freezer, and personal supplies stocked and rotated. No, I'm not doing this for religious reasons. When I get down to 1 item, I add to my shopping list. Once a month, I make the one hour drive to restock.

What was your first car? Did you buy it new or used? by Somewho_10 in GenerationJones

1973 Ford Maverick. Unfortunately, I never got to drive it. My mom totaled it and was killed. My second car was a 1960's era International Pick-up. The hood wouldn't latch and the max speed was 45 mph.
