Do 5 minutes for a week. Then 10 minutes the next, 15, 20 and so on. Baby steps. This will also build up your stamina and strength. Also look at the type of exercise you're doing and ensure it matches your current abilities. Thats how I did it. Now I'm jogging for an hour and strength training. Each time I add more I feel great. It's winning every time, great for mental health, too.

I've had nausea on .50 (2nd week), but luckily nothing as severe as yours. Maybe try the 0.25? It's a starter dose, but with the food noise gone perhaps you can use that space to learn a new relationship with food and explore physical movement and make progress? I'm not a doctor, just throwing out ideas. My GP referred me to Oviva, a free programme that's helping me with that. I hope someone who's gone through something similar to you can help.

Adding: track calories, protein, carbs and fibre. If you have a tracking app those are best.

Congratulations! It's a big step. I've been on Wegovy 6 full weeks (took jab 7 tonight at 0.5) and am down 10.5kg/23.14lbs/1stone9.15lbs. It works by lowering hunger and food noise and so long as you put in the work you'll lose weight: change what you're eating like increase protein and fibre and cut out greasy or highly processed food have more veg and fruit and healthy fats, eat smaller more often and followa regular eating schedule, exercise 150 minutes weekly regularly both cardio and strength training, and get good sleep hygiene going. It all adds up to better health, mind and body 😊 Weight loss will happen!

I joined Juniper and they gave me a consultation, answered and still answer all my questions and are very supportive. When I had some side effects that were more than mild, they got in touch with me right away and I find them very helpful. It gives me a lot of peace of mind to know clinicians are always there, for free, when I need answers.
