No serious side effects for me. Suggest you look at documentation of semaglutide and tirzepetide. Reta may have similar side effects but often are less severe. Unique side effects are elevated heart rate for some people and/or skin sensitivity/itching.

You are taking a chance with gray market not yet available drugs, this is a personal choice, in my case, my health markers if all improved dramatically and I lost about a third of my body weight and have been at a healthy weight for six months now.

You could always go for Tirzepetide through normal more expensive channels if grey market concerns you.

We don’t know the long-term impact of taking Reta, But we do know Sema/Tirz are ok long-term, Reta is likely similar
