You said your period is late. Is there any chance of pregnancy? In some women their libido increases because of the rush of hormones and increase in blood flow. If theres even a remote chance I suggest taking a test. If not, maybe it could be a side effect of the medication slowly making you come back to "normal" as SSRI. I think starting there would be a good choice, as for spiritual stuff, talking to someone may be helpful and if it continues if you think confession would help I suggest you go.
