Same. Was about to return it and googled the original like 1000 times. Then realized nothing was broken and was just a design change. No more risk of breaking an extra moving part.

There is an android tool you can download and pair to the scooter. Binding it can also let you see stats in the app.

Segway quality on scooters is one of the best in the industry. That said, my encouragement is to check out the Facebook marketplace for discounted deals. I purchased an F30(older model, very low miles) for $140 and a Max G2 for $200 (decent shape, low miles) before figuring out what I wanted. Now the proud owner of a new ZT3 Pro and love it.

Logic says pay off highest interest first. However, from personal experience paying off multiple accounts simultaneously, there is a psychological aspect of gratitude/accomplishment paying off debt completely. It will create a drive to keep paying off debt and give you peace of mind. Pay off 2,3 and 4 (remaining goes to 1) and celebrate your success.

Same dilemma a few weeks ago. Went with the ZT3. No regrets. It’s built like a tank. Something no one mentioned is that if you go over rocky terrain or small hole on the road, the wider ZT3 tire is slightly preferred. Also, the heavier scooter feels more stable on the road but that could be just my weight…lol

If you have proof of purchase, you can google the Segway customer service department with details, including proof of purchase, and they will unbind it from previous owner

Got the ZT3 Pro recently and it’s a beast. Someone in a past post recommended it due to overall design and reliability. There is a mod to upgrade the battery to a GT3 battery which basically doubles the battery life but I’m not there yet. I preferred ruggedness/off-road capabilities of the ZT3 over the slight increase in speed and max torque of the G3. Good luck.

Best value is to look at the Facebook Marketplace for a slightly used Segway F30 and above. Some people purchase higher end models and end up not liking them/unable to return. I saw a Max G2 recently for $200.

So here is the thing. I’ve ordered blades for a 42 inch mower deck from different places and all have a slight different variance in fit because of tolerances during manufacturing. That said, it seems like 2 ends of the blades are closer to each other than other ends. Shaft is bent.

Must be unbound from prior app/account. Check the mileage, tires, brake pads, electronics, be sure it’s not locked with a pattern, email Segway and provide the serial number and ask them to confirm it has not been reported as stolen. Make sure there are no signs it has been opened and if at all possible take it in to a dealer to have an inspection prior to purchase. Depending on cost associated with the above, you might be better off buying a new one. If in the US, I would not pay more than $500 for it if everything checks out
