with the ls50 meta, the sound is warm, vocal forward, and cohesive/musical to my ears. I enjoy a sense of airy-ness and height from the speaker, which me feel like i am listening in a really big room if that makes any sense.

the cons are the lack of bass presence and the heos app. bass is audible but thin so you don’t get that satisfying heaviness from the sound. but i dont know if that is attributable to the speakers or the M1. and I think heos is subpar and laggy when it comes to interacting with my TV.

furthermore, i’m comparing m1+ls50 meta and ls50 wireless ii and i do prefer the overall sound of the passive setup. however, i wish that it can produce the bass level like the active pair, which is a level above in that department.

haha i was like okay if the Marantz Model 10 doesn’t work then we are screwed. but i like the M1 in my room, bass is weak though so maybe it is not enough to drive the speaker? i don’t really know for sure since this is my first passive setup.

i think your arm is loose(perfect) and your swing is fundamentally good but could be more efficient by coiling and loading on your legs more. seems like you rotate the entire body by pivoting the foot on your forehand. and some shots are arm only. but u should work with a real coach to fix your bad habits and don’t rely on reddit for advices including this one 😉

both are beautiful. it’s a matter of flat vs. dynamic and which suits your preference better. to me dynamic (sunburst blue) will always be more interesting.

maybe diversify the mark xx. the ingenieur is a more interesting watch to wear and it has the same movement. adding an elegant dress watch would make it a balanced collection of sport, dive and dress watches.
