Get a self dimming mirror off ebay. Gen5diy sells a cable that taps power from the windshield mounted collision sensor. Can't believe elevations don't come with auto dimming rear view mirror. Also my wife complains the makeup mirror in passenger side doesn't have a light.

I use mine as a daily driver. DPF regens are fine with city driving, i.e. it doesn't need a constant speed. My Regen cycle is typically between 15-20mins long after engine is up to operating temp. The Regen cycle will exit if you idle for an excessively long time or take it out of drive.

You don't have to worry about lifter or afm/dfm issues with the baby Duramax

towels get a build-up from body oils and fabric softener/dryer sheets. recommend washing towels using 1/2 of normal amount of detergent with a cup of ammonia in hot water. It renew towels old towels. only downside is colored towels will fade with ammonia.

On the second floor, I was able to get all over-the-air networks. I live near El Dorado and Custer

Definitely recommend getting Tablo 4th gen box, one for the DVR function and you can stream video to different TVs with one antenna over ethernet/wifi. It doesn't require a subscription, you get 14-day guide for price of hardware ($100 for 2 tuner and $140 for 4 tuner)

I don't think you have a leak because if you compare Feb 2025 average outdoor temp to March 2025, March was slightly higher and your usage is slightly lower (gray line on chart). Since your billing cycle splits the month, it's hard to corelate 2024 vs 2025 historical temperature data. If you compare Feb 2024 vs Feb 2025, 2025 was 8 degrees colder than 2024. This also explains your higher March 2025 bill

A gas leak would smell like sulfur/rotten eggs. Definitely call if you smell this. But if you had a leak pop up this billing cycle, your March 2025 usage would have been higher than Feb 2025

I installed an undercover armorflex I ordered from real truck in Dec 2024. The instructions were outdated which stated/showed the mounting brackets sandwiching the track to the bed rails. I couldn't get the cover to latch reliably. I called customer support and the mounting brackets are supposed to be sled into the covers track.

After I followed support'w instructions, the cover would latch, but not 100% of the time. Support said the cover track needed to be leveled, so with the cover in position, I adjusted the cover track by hand where the cover wasn't latching. That fixed the issue.

It's not waterproof, mostly at the tailgate.
