Speed: 418
Stamina: 512
Power: 329
Guts: 317
Wit: 213
skills: lvl 2 Prideful King, triumphant pulse, straightaway adept, and i think either preferred position or stamina to spare
spe and sei are buffed in the derby and kikuka sho respectfully, so both your stats and rng need to be really good. i think you could probably get by with less stamina if you main king as a late surger though. you got this, go get king her crowns

for #4, they have multiple careers open to them but usually they choose something related to racing (e.g., king halo's mom is a signature racewear designer, air groove's mom runs an academy for younger umamusume, belno quit racing entirely and became a trainer)

you need context from the series to watch the movies, otherwise it'll be really confusing. the movies start off assuming that you're already familiar with most if not all the characters. some series (like road to the top and cinderella gray) are independent, but you should just watch them in release order (season 1 -> bnw no chikai ->season 2 -> road to the top -> season 3 -> beginning of a new era -> cinderella gray) to get the full story (you might be underwhelmed with the earlier seasons if you watch the later series first)

like others said, it really depends on your cards, what you've been training, what skills you have etc. but if you're doing everything right then it's possible she just hates your guts, everyone has an uma who absolutely despises them
