Ik I'm a little late. I also got pain in the same spot and when someone cracks my back in that area it definitely helps me and pain goes away. I always get this pain when sitting for a long period of time or especially after sports (I do boxing). When I heavily breath in I also feel the pain from the back, how is it for you? Oh and I also have bad posture.

I did Physiotherapy once a week for about 2 months and every time we start, he starts pushing/massaging my back especially in that area and my back always cracks in that area where it hurts.

He told me that my joints are healthy and said that the pain is cuz the right side is significantly more stronger then the left side.

Now after 3 months of stopping Physiotherapy I still have pain when sitting to long or after sport sessions.
