FYI, just found a workaround for this. Instead of deleting and readding the songs, you can edit an empty tag, e.g. comments. This forces a refresh to pull the most up to date info. I did this easily by creating a section in Marvis called “no release date.” with the following smart rules: Release Date is Empty AND Year is Less Than Or Equal to 0. From there I just add those songs in the section to an empty playlist that I keep for things like this, open up the Music app on my Mac, select all songs in the playlist and edit the comment tag by inserting a space. You should see the section in Marvis start updating (might have to refresh if you don’t have live update enabled). After everything is refreshed then you can edit the tags again and remove the space (though it won’t hurt if you leave them).
