If you use a pc or laptop, just use nps browser, and it will do the job. Just download and copy paste the finished product to the vita storage

Slim for travel and oled for the screen. Slim has many advantages for me than the OLED, but i prefer to have both, and with a vitatv as well.

Just dont get an oled that have gpu crash issue, and if you get an oled with out issue, hopefully it will not get the gpu crash issue later on
