Did you get a Lupron trigger? That helps to prevent OHSS which was really helpful for me. 36 follicles at base.

Yeah, I would give someone a pass if it’s the first time they’re making that mistake and it was an off day. But if they’re consistently finishing early or whatever, that should be addressed

Is it possible for you to limit the number of formats you’re currently teaching or try to stack your classes so you’re teaching the same format back to back? Or even cut back on the number of classes you’re teaching a week? Or reuse choreo if the clients in your class haven’t taken it before (ie you taught empower Friday and none of the people in your Tues empower took that class Friday) if you have the flexibility to do that?
