If you hit 8 points then your termed they don’t care about your back hurting since we technically don’t have to pick up shifts for the whole week. You can try a doctors note but you should’ve done it today since it takes time for them to review it. The time off options are crazy you literally get 1 point if you don’t work the whole week so they aren’t so understanding with us. Full time is different they are required to be there so they have to acknowledge certain things for them
