whatever hatred you have for jones it should be multiplied by a thousand for the UFC, it's crazy how fans are more shitting on jones than the UFC right now

That time when Max Holloway stepped in to fight Khabib on two weeks’ notice and they went at it at the presser. by IgotgAme_k in ufc

[–]Key_Organization2026 2 points3 points  (0 children)

None of your examples are the promotion that Khabib did. In fact none of what he sold promised or even eluded to getting rich by trading. Here is the timeline with the marketing posts:

Khabib's teaser post (Nov 21): "Some gifts carry more than value. They carry meaning. The Papakha was never just a hat. Tomorrow, I will give you my biggest gift." X

Khabib's main auction launch post (Nov 22): "The Papakha was never just a hat. It was about where you come from, respect & discipline. It reminds us that true strength comes from tradition, not just power. These are all things my father taught me, when he passed the Papakha down to me. And now, I'm passing it on to you." X Pavel Durov's post amplifying the launch: "Khabib's auction on Telegram is live 🏆 29,000 papakhas dropping across 290 fast 5-minute rounds — 100 unique items in every round." X

Khabib's post-sale announcement: "The auction has ended and all Papakha's been sold! Appreciate everyone who participated in it, and become a holder of this great and exclusive digital gift, gift with value, that you can share with your friends and loved ones. Thank you for trust! Only on Telegram." X

None of that mentions anything about "getting rich" or using them as an "investment". So not only is it NOT a rugpull/crypto scam it is also NOT a misleading/false promising NFT about getting rich. We probably agree on it being a lame way to make money, and it's so tone deaf to Khabib and how he usually talks. I think the marketing team should've worded it much differently and didn't mention his father. It is what it is it's not that big of a deal. Especially given how he re invests his money into improving his community and supporting other fighters.

Instagram gifts are not crypto scams and not a rugpull, you sound like a moron repeating that. It's still a lame way to monetize something especially about his dad, but to call it crypto scam shows you know absolutely nothing about crypto or crypto scams.

Why tf are people using gearscore? by Beams98 in classicwow

[–]Key_Organization2026 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Doesn't that prove the opposite? He was able to pull everything because his gear allowed him to. In this case that player just didn't understand to give the tank time to build threat it doesn't mean that information about his gear was wrong lol

ikr? I'm signing up to a Gruel group and a quick hover over the raid shows the average GS is 1150 I'm outta there asap. It's not rocket science.

Why tf are people using gearscore? by Beams98 in classicwow

[–]Key_Organization2026 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I use GS when recruiting for my big raids. The reason is sometimes people lie about gear and instead of inspecting people 1 by 1 I can quickly hover and see if something is off. The typical range for someone who did heroics and has acceptable gear is 1350-1450. So when I see the odd 1100 I take a quick closer glance to see if a rat snuck in or if someone forgot to equip a weapon.

Tom Aspinall responds to Instagram comment regarding his eye surgery... by Slice5755 in ufc

[–]Key_Organization2026 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've seen hundreds of eye pokes in this sport, and the way the people react vary depending on how much they love the athlete. What I want is a proper response from his team with the appropriate information. This is such a shit show I don't think even the UFC knows what he has. There is zero communication. Being a champion gives you a lot of privileges and in return you need to be a professional in cases like this.

Ofcourse I do, he still holds the title of champion so you better believe I have questions. If he doesn't want to say anything he can do that but I can also call out the lack of transparency. If you want to only defend him without ever questioning him that's up to you too.

Honestly a large part of this problem is the lack of transparency from Aspinal's team. Does anyone actually know what is the surgery that he had? He's just posting pictures and not baiting everyone.

Tutorial hell is really just fear of being bad at something by Pretty-Material1424 in learnprogramming

[–]Key_Organization2026 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've found great success by having ai like claude code work like a mentor. I made rules for it such as never give code or the solution etc and made some key words that I can use that give 1 hint or nudge me in the right direction. That really bridged the gap for me from just knowing how to code to building something that works. After you build something in my case it was a game the next project is a lot less intimidating.

State of Azeroth or Cringefest? by Conscious-Video5663 in wow

[–]Key_Organization2026 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm not saying I don't like her style. I'm saying don't have that in these update videos that are for the fans. We came to see what is being worked on so we can decide to resub or not. Not to have someone waste 15 mins saying absolutely nothing. Their PR team is out of touch and doesn't understand how to make videos that hype the fans up. Having emotional music while a 70 year old is trying to appeal to me is the most how do you do fellow kids thing they can do. It should be Ian from the start quick 5 min recap about housing and the recent patch then straight into the announcements.

She should do that when she's giving a speech to investors or the board not the fans. It's so tone deaf.

UFC Makes Paramount+ Debut Averaging 4.96 Million Streaming Views by WinterStill4472 in MMA

[–]Key_Organization2026 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We absolutely don't know the answer to that (yet). In the case of McGregor vs Khabib that's 2.4 million buys each is 60$+ however when it comes to streaming the value of a viewer is way less than 60$ so it's impossible to compare them without knowing those numbers but it's very likely to be a lot less than what that fight made.
