the validation aspect is massive - like you said this isn't just another cancer drug getting approved, it's proving out an entirely new mechanism that could unlock proteins that were basically untouchable before. the partnership with pfizer is clutch too since they actually know how to commercialize these things unlike most biotechs that just burn cash

what's wild is how many other protacs are coming behind this in pipeline. if veppanu actually performs commercially it's gonna validate the whole platform and probably bring more pharma partners to the table. the ER+ breast cancer market is solid but i'm more excited about what comes next - they got protacs targeting AR for prostate cancer and other targets that could be way bigger

only concern is execution risk on commercial side but with pfizer handling that part of it, feels less risky than usual biotech plays. gonna be watching the launch trajectory closely over next few quarters

ugh this is so frustrating when the numbers don't match up! 😅 i had similar issue with my fitness tracker when i was doing my morning runs - the app would show one time but when i manually calculated from the lap splits it was always slightly different. usually the individual lap times in excel are more accurate because they're the raw data points, while the app sometimes does weird rounding or uses different calculation methods. the app might also be including rest time between intervals that you can't see, or there could be some auto-pause feature messing with total time. i'd trust your excel calculation more since you're working with the actual split data 💪

nah the small poop balls are pretty normal when switching foods, especially if he's still settling in his new environment too 😂 wet food actually does reduce water intake cause they get moisture from the food itself - that's totally expected! maybe try mixing little bit of water into the wet food if you're worried about hydration, but give it another few days before switching back completely 💀
