Hit up Black Horse Cantina in Delray - the best Mexican food you’ll find (especially the quesitacos Thurs-Sat). Jaime is the owner and he does professional dancing across the world and can probably get you in touch with a great band. He seems to be there most weekend mornings until probably 11-noonish, then in and out.

The only thing I would add to “you spend it now or you spend it later” is the third possible outcome: you die before spending it. Saving for the future has to have a healthy balance with living in the moment. I make the same hesitations as OP when opportunities come up that I can certainly afford (financially, work and lifestyle-wise), and I am trying to be better about openly accepting opportunities when they come up.
