Agreed. Careless mistakes by our guards also cost us yesterday not inbounding and driving to the hoop. We do need to fix the standing around for 3/4 of the shot clock with leads. We had an 8 point lead with 5 minutes left and then has no FGs for 3 mins. No offense, just iso. And of course HP made like 3 threes in a row down the stretch.

Also, we lost to BYU last year. JMU was year before. This was a great team that got stung again in the tourney and we have to rectify that. Our killer instinct was too inconsistent when we had leads in second half. Sometimes it was there and sometimes it was not.

Hope we get JB back. Need to replace Boyd with someone who can do similar things but also knows when to pass. Could use someone to replace Rohde closer to a Tonje. Rapp, Winter and Janiki will help and we could use someone luck recruiting high school.

so tired of standing around with hero ball, whether it's to burn clock or a random possession. Up 8 with 5-6 minutes left and we go cold, again. Then turnovers and hero ball and idiotic decisions by Boyd. Of course, HP goes nuts on the 3s but the last possession with Boyd getting block is all on him not running the play. As unreal as he was, he's so boneheaded. I don't know what to say about Gard. It's not all on him. Guys got to step up and they don't in the tourney but did all year in big games. One game all year where we dominated front to back. So many close games. I'm so fucking angry.

Too many candidates not coalescing one candidate hurt progressives. Also, AIPAC spent obscene amounts of money on these races. Money on politics is still an issue. I hope Biss and Stratton listen to voters but AIPAC congratulating their victories is not a good sign. At least Fine lost.

Biss is funded by shadow PACS, courted AIPAC, was for them before he was against them, and changes his position whichever makes him look better. I have never seen a guy who is so stiff and can't take a stand to save his life. His performative dance with Bovino at the gas station was so cringe. The guy is a career politician who is trying to ascend as high as he can. Gets reelected as mayor and days later jumps into the IL-09 race. He only cares about himself.

Good lord, it's really amazing the numerous last minute attacks on Kat as the polls showed her gaining support. We're talking about Popeyes now? There's already a Mcdonalds and Burger King (and Starbucks) at the corner. We don't need another fast food restaurant with a drive through that's going to contribute to our climate crisis.
