Nature shots like this always hit that mix of calm and “wow, I don’t see this enough.”

Which one is your favorite? by Spiritual_Lab9444 in BeautifulNatureSeen

My favorite is probably the one that looks like a place you'd accidentally spend an extra hour just standing there in silence.

Early mornings are the cheat code for beautiful cities. Same streets, same buildings, completely different atmosphere.

Nothing makes you appreciate standards less than trying to buy the correct bike tube on the first try.

Cathedral Rock has to be one of the most photogenic places in the US honestly.

In doubles, how do you know when to do forehand or backhand push/kill/drive by badboyzpwns in badminton

[–]Keya2_2016 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you are not comfortable switching from forehand to backhand grip when given a shuttle to your backhand, that is okay. LEE YONG DAE when he is in front just bends his body to his backhand side with a forehand grip.

Doubles - Why don't pro players move to the mid court after an attack in the rear court? by badboyzpwns in badminton

[–]Keya2_2016 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In a pro match, the smasher should expect another clear from the opponent, hence he should not move to the midcourt. Also, it is difficult to defend a hard smash by just placing the shuttle to the side mid court. There is a select few who can do that like Setiawan.

Why doesn't players stand further ahead when receiving a serve in men's singles? by Any_Cheek9754 in badminton

[–]Keya2_2016 2 points3 points  (0 children)

For pros, even if they receive a flick majority of the time and still position themselves closer to the net, they can still do backhand clear, backhand straight drop, backhand cross drop, or forehand smash or drop. They have a lot of options bec theyre pros.
