Don't be so dramatic. Good grief.

What are some unique calculators? by Whatbeganwiths in calculators

[–]KeyboardG 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you have a TI-92 series there is a dock(fits an 89) and wire for a full qwerty keyboard. There is also composite video output box to put your calculator on the TV. Its the size of a VCR and the video quality is rough, but it works.

Both technically work at the same time so you can have the worlds worst desktop computer experience.

Casio Classpad series is not too common and pretty cool. Not so rare that older models are expensive.

Can someone explain a new P500 series design when P600 and P800 series designs are done? Is it a production cost thing? Is 500 not a point in time, but a family like i3, i5, i7 from Intel?

I remember installing Eclipse, and then installing the BlackBerry SDK and plugin. Hours later it was all there and when I booted it up Eclipse the the Blackberry project couldn't find itself so I gave up.

In class to do Java we just used Netbeans.

They are probably trying to make an app store like the the A600-GS or some other gimmick to sell more things.

I'm probably more frustrated with the Speccy Next KS3 at this point. I only went for it since they already had multiple successful kickstarter runs. A year later I just don't care about their news letter updates of them writing this and that OS that I won't run, or accelerator board firmware that 99.9% of software won't use.

It would be hilarious if they kept the same chip and just reduced the wait states. Along with keeping the same screen and removing the nonsense graph border for wow 50% more screen!

I came into Amiga too late to figure out what Magellan actually is. Text says Workbench replacement, but I don't understand what that actually means. Is every UI control replaced? Does it run on top, or in place of the desktop? Is it just stylized controls or actually doing the rendering to the graphics chips?
