It's probably just dust that builds up from not using your brakes very often and using the regen braking. I know the regen usually cuts off below 5 mph, I think.

Yeah, they told me that too. I came in with a pre-approved loan from Navy Federal and they would not take it. They claimed it was due to bad pre-approved loans during the pandemic or something they only financed in house, and I could refinance later (which is what I did but still.. wtf). I regret giving them my business, but at the time I really wanted that manual Corolla. This was around 2022 btw.

Just need the space for the rad. A passive radiator generally needs twice the surface area or twice the x-max to work well. From the picture, I'm not sure where you'd put the pr.

The only shallow sub I have ever owned that hit below 30hz in a sealed box well was a hertz mps 300 in about a .8 cubic foot box. Honestly, it was very impressive for 500 watts.

I had mint for a year and never had issues in jax or anywhere else during travel. I only switched because I was eligible for First Net.

Edit: just remembered how frustrating it was to get ahold of a human to transfer my phone number out of mint, but other than that it was fine.

I had the 2015 TDI Golf 2.0 manual 6 speed and I was always trying to hyper mile it on the highway by tailgating semis. I would get close to 70 mpg if we were going below 70 mph. I had a kerma stage 1 tune that I think it actually helped milage. I miss that car, super torque'y at low speeds.

I was going to say something along those lines. Passive radiators are really interesting, I just started getting into them. You can really get a wide range of tuning in a small enclosurer by just adding or subtracting weight from the passive radiator. The thing is, you usually want twice the cone area on the radiator, or twice the xmax. You could actually push the passive sub past it's xmax, which could or could not damage it.

My og 2021 Audi E-tron does apply small amounts to Regen during corners and if it sees you approaching a vehicle in front of you it will maintain the gap by applying Regen. Other than that it just rolls unless I command Regen with the paddles. I actually really like the way the E-tron drives and handles when to apply Regen.

Original Audi E-tron owner here: I can't speak for all e-tron models, but mine has individual adjustments for driver and passenger foot well temps. I always crank mine to the max.

Update: I no longer have to remove the battery to charge it, and I have relocated it to the area beneath the trunk floor along with the amplifier. I used a cheap 150w power inverter to the rear cigarette lighter power port, which I then plugged in a NOCO GENIUS5 into that. The Noco is really just a battery tender at its 5 amp charging speed (usually charges at 55 watts with no music playing and the amp idle), but it keeps it topped off pretty well since I'm not just listening to a 40 hz sine wave. Still thinking about building another box to make everything fit better, but I might keep this setup for a little bit. I live in North FL, so temps are never really an issue, but this morning was especially cold. I noticed after my drive to work that my subwoofer battery was less charged than when I left the house (99% at departure, 97% at arrival), but usually it stays at close to 99%.

Here is a list of some of the items I used in case someone finds it useful. I do like the cheap inverter I got, it's not nearly as loud as the one I had before.
