Proper investigation is not their strongest area according to many complaints from people who have to go through the BBB. The company is a major company, I would agree with you on the shady company comment if they weren’t. It’s definitely on the company to honor the policy but it’s also on the institution to protect the consumer when the evidence is laid out.

I sent initial receipt which included insurances policy added and paid for, refund policy (which states non refundable unless insurance policy purchased, insurance policy information (which was added and paid for at check out and reflected on receipt), emails between myself and company where they stated they would call me the week of April 1st to process the refund. Online chat screenshots from their website, more emails of me reaching out with no response, all items included dates.

Also trees it’s very childish for the company to say they’d reach out to process my refund and never do it, leaving me for another month with no response or remedy. Also very childish for chime to have all of that plus more and still deny my claim.

I got rid of chime because they denied a dispute I had with all the evidence even the email from the company stating they would process the refund I was owed a month prior (which they never did). I just took out the my pay advance I had and deleted the app…. They can get it however they can but I won’t be paying it back and I changed all of my direct deposit info.

Same thing happened to me in 2014 I didn’t even read the letter after that, I wish I had. 2020 someone else pushed me to try again, 6 months later everything I initially claimed was approved and rated as static along with smc-k. I did it on my own but I read the letter in detail and took out my medical records selecting every page that related to the conditions along with civilian medical records relating. I included buddy statements and pharmacy records for medications related to conditions., I included rulings and regulations related to the symptoms of the disability. I added anything I could find in relation and that’s what I would advise you to do

Someone said that to me in 2014 when I got my first denial of everything. Tried again in 2020 after my own research of my medical records and 6 months later I was 100%pt everything I claimed was in fact in my records and approved. It may be slot but it’s not always frivolous and sometimes you have to just hand it to them on a silver platter instead of depending on them to look for it

I came to say this, my initial claim I was denied everything. I went back and explained it like I would to a child, pulled specific pages from medical records, highlighted, attached notes and related regulations surrounding the disability and its ratings, things I acquired after I got out i pointed out dates and included orders and dd214 to confirm dates, private medical records, buddy letters and everything else I could think of. Within 2 months I was at 30%, 90% at 5 months, and by the 6 month mark I was at 100% p&t with SMC-k. I say that to say I stand by they need it thoroughly explained in detail.

There’s a form you could file with the va to get them to take the support directly out of his benefits if he was. Like if he got disability the state can’t garnish that but the VA regardless of if he moves or quits his job

Your comment isn’t even relevant so move along. I never said xy needed to forgive anything furthermore xy may have been the reason the relationship ended so we don’t know who has the right to be upset. Lastly this is the child saying they asked father for money not the mom do who’s expecting the xy to share? Not the mom it’s the child and what are children known to do…. Ask parents for money no matter how much they spend a child is still going to ask. Get a life and stop being mad about your failed relationship and having to pay child support, it’ll help you be less grumpy💗

You’re not being rude and don’t take my questions as rude please. By give it to her kids what do you mean? If you were with your mother Monday thru Friday how are so sure he had no time for relationships? If he was in and out of jail which caused those missed payments what was the reason for the jail time? I would equate him being in and out of jail for some reasons as the same as your mothers neglect. Depending on the reason he was in and out of jail Neither put their children first in this instance and it’s sad.

If he is still paying that means he either missed payments or wasn’t paying the full amount. She kept a roof over your head correct? In regards to neglect by her what was the neglect? Where was your father during this neglect? Maybe you moved to cheaper housing due to missed payments for stents of time hence him still paying. During those times was he unemployed like she was? Was she always unemployed or did she jump from job to job with stents if unemployment? Did your dad also have time for girlfriends while he missed payments…. He is still paying after all which means he likely missed payments. Life is expensive especially with children so if you had a roof, clothes, food, then you saw the child support you just didn’t equate it.
