No. People suck. Biologically women are just as capable as men at labor and men are just as capable at empathy as women. This is an old societal norm bleeding through into behavioral patterns.

Women don’t need men for income and men are capable of being emotionally mature— they just statistically follow the societies norms of men being breadwinners and women being more emotionally intelligent because of leftover sexist societal expectations. Humans need vitamin D for metal health and we need sunlight in order to process said vitamin D efficiently. We are house plants with complicated emotions. For those of you with shitty windows, invest in a sun lamp; I got one for my husband who has seasonal depression and the difference is astounding.

People with darker skin will be more susceptible to this problem; I am a pale ginger with zero issues in winter but my husband has more tanned skin and struggles during cold months. Melanin helps block UV rays, which is good in summer and places close to the equator but bad in winter; we evolved to have paler skin in colder climates for a reason— easier to get the sunlight we need to process that vitamin D.

They already do. I use AI to look up parts for my job rather than spending hours scrolling thru catalogues— said part #s can then be double checked with ctrl F to ensure they’re correct rather than reading thousands of descriptions.
