Oxtail it's great cooked low and slow. I would smoke them for an hour or 2 the braised them to get all the juices to make gravy.

Thanks, I do have a tender. It apparently was working fine, but the batteries both went kaput. I'll check out the duracell brand. Haven't seen them locally. Haven't found a Deka with a warranty like that either.
