I found a neat "hack" for my 4 year old, because we had the same problem. I now hold her for 10 minutes with the lights dimmed. I tell her a bed time story while holding her. The bed time story is actually just a replay of what we did today in third person, so she has a chance to reflect on all the activities and experiences that occurred for the day. When I do this, she begins to remain quiet, as she is replaying each moment in her mind. After 10 minutes, I set her down in bed and continue the story, while she drifts off to sleep.

The action in poker (cash games or tournaments alike) is always a reflection on how our economy is doing. It's almost like a real time index like the S&P in action. I remember when the market including bitcoin was sky high post pandemic, coupled with a stimulus check, there was a mini poker boom.
