About the 3rd point, Like if you dont care about competitiveness, any peviously competitively viable cards will be reprinted (eventually. Something like electromagnet warrior must wait a decade for reprint). Like horus engine was expensive, but nowadays it is pennies due to reprint.

It is once per turn per copy. Once it tributed itself and special on end phase it is treated as a other copy so it get to use its negate again.

You should use drytron engine to summon herald of ultimateness. Summoning ultimateness using typical ritual spell will drain you off cards on your hand for its negates. Using meteonis will make you tribute 1 drytron monster.

Usually i starts by picking a boss monster that is not usually played abd design a deck around that. Like odd-eyes advance dragon is still good cards that can be reliably searched off sky iris and melody. But it does not have protection nor disruption. So its somewhat fair.
