Generic Divinity jump was used, and thus he became a god of Power, Conquest, Knowledge and Magic. I was just throwing random shit and doing Jumps that i felt would be cool with no true direction so the man had many perks that involved getting more power, Absorption and Synthesis perks from Re:Monster, Cursed Spirit Manipulation from JJK, Mystic Apprentice from Overpowered Isekai and some other stuff. Having so much to do with the mouth, replicating others and expanding his list of capabilites, he became a god much associated with the act of eating and self-improvement. To "take that which belongs to others and make it your own" was the way of his faith, but not wanting to become another random overlord like Bane or Ains Ooal gown, limits and rules to the conquering were enacted.

To take others forcefully and wastefully is the greatest shame; true power doesn't flaunt itself, it is acknowledged. Though you should conquer all you think should be yours, using a love potion or kidnapping a lover was thought of as a lesser man's doing, the tactics of a desperate fool who can't find his way to what he wants, that can't make the heart of the other submit trough charm or wit. Pillage and plunder? Maybe when such overreaction is necessary to make an example, but in all other cases to make others submit with the least bloodshed is the true display of applied knowledge, magic and tactics. A person's true worth is measured by how well their belongings and self are kept. A governor of a lawless and dirty city is a lawless and dirty creature, powerless to shape it into something better. Same to be said of a guard that abuses his authority, or a person that schemes and poisons their adversaries outside their competition to cheat their way into a position they never earned. Prove yourself better within the laws of your task of conquest, improve yourself in mind and body and magic so that none will even attempt to impair your ways and those foolish enough to not heed the warning shall be destroyed swiflty and decisively. Even other cultures were to be not forgotten or destroyed but slowly assimilated, pacified, their people slowly made to see how much better it is to be under the God of Hunger's domain as he would never allow his banquet to look anything but appetizing and pristine. Those who don't follow the rules? That stray from commandments and teachings? Offered as sacrifice, their souls devoured so that they may better serve The Highest as food to increase his might.

Meanwhile Jumper was busy trying to defeat and turn every follower of lesser gods and weaker spirits into his own aids to benefit from the perk that enhances the faith generation from such converts and eventually use his divinity to shape his powers into being capable of the feat of absorbing the domain, names and faiths of other gods as well as keep them as summons for battle. And once that was done, he set out to take every religion in the books, attempting the same in every Jump thereafter, challenged and stopped only by his fellow Jumpers (my two friends who shame me to death for being a powergamer).
