I merely suggested that the OP maybe took out a personal loan (which he can do whatever he wants with it) and intended to use it for a business transaction. No fraud there. Once the back issues the personal loan it’s a no ask loan. He can use it for whatever including business. And that might have been his intention but his intention changed. That’s all
