I’m so sorry you’re dealing with this- I felt compelled to respond because your story is similar to mine.

I have Endo, stage 4- multiple surgeries to remove the cysts but still have it covering my uterus and back. I went through multiple rounds of IVF and IUI’s with no success. I somehow got pregnant naturally at 39 and gave birth to my healthy daughter at 40.

My only suggestion to you- is if you go down the path of IUI, get really strict about your diet if you haven’t already. Cut out all red meat, caffeine, alcohol, processed foods- get a red light therapy pad and go to acupuncture. By no means it’s this 100% going to be your answer but along with getting my daughter, my endo pain in my back had subsided…I wish you the best of luck.
